I miss JJ Whitmer John Jacob Whitmer was a commercial fisherman before he became very well known as a charter captain who was famous for NOT having a clean shiny boat like a Rybovich or a Merritt. For a short while, in all the many years I knew him, he had a twin engine charter boat.
